Shipping & delivery

How fast will my order ship?

Orders ship from our US fulfillment center within 2–4 business days. Most US customers receive their order within 5–9 business days of placing it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery times vary by country, typically 7–16 business days. International customs fees, if any, are the customer's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our fulfillment center. If you don't see it within 4 business days of ordering, check spam first, then reach out via our contact page.

What is shipping cost?

Standard US shipping is $4.50 for orders under $50. Orders over $50 ship free.

Where are your supplements made?

All Fit Nerd supplements are formulated and manufactured in the United States with FDA-registered, GMP-certified partner facilities. We work only with manufacturers who can document third-party testing and ingredient sourcing.

Are these FDA approved?

Dietary supplements are regulated by the FDA but, like all supplements, are not FDA-approved as drugs. Our products are manufactured in FDA-registered facilities that follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards — the highest US standard for supplement production.

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Our manufacturing partners provide certificates of analysis (COAs) documenting purity and potency. We don't carry products without verified third-party testing on the actives.

Do your supplements contain allergens?

Allergen information varies by product. Each product page lists ingredients and known allergens. If you have specific concerns, reach out before ordering.

Subscriptions

Do you offer Subscribe & Save?

Yes. Every product can be added on a recurring monthly delivery for 15% off the one-time price. Cancel, pause, or skip any month from your account dashboard.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

Sign into your account, go to Subscriptions, and you'll see options to pause, skip, or cancel each subscription. No phone calls, no friction.

Can I change products or shipping address on an active subscription?

Yes — all subscription details can be edited from your account dashboard. Changes must be made before your next billing date to take effect on the next shipment.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?

30-day, no-questions-asked returns. If a product isn't working for you, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund. We cover return shipping in the US.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, manage subscriptions, save shipping info for faster checkout, and access order history.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo. Shop Pay also offers Pay-in-4 installments at checkout.
